This deeply nurturing session invites you into a sacred space of healing, where the angels gently guide and support you in exploring and releasing emotional patterns, beliefs, or inner wounds that may be holding you back. Unlike a passive energy healing experience, this session encourages active inner reflection, supported by angelic presence, light, color, and vibrational energy. Through this guided process, you'll be lovingly held as you reconnect with your true self, clear emotional blockages, and step into a more empowered and peaceful way of being. It's perfect for those ready to release old stories, find emotional clarity, and open to new possibilities—without having to do it alone. This is not a physical healing session—it’s a heart-and-soul recalibration. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more aligned with your inner truth. You can have a healing session at any time in the day. However it is recommended that you ensure that a booking is made when you will not need to do anything strenous for at least three - four hours. It is also recommended that clients do not drink alcohol before or after a session & are not taking recreational drugs. In general we advise that relaxation after a session is best and then sleep. NB: All Sessions are offered for relaxation and upliftment only - they do not in any way constitute medical treatment of any kind.
