Healing relaxation sessions to help you unwind and de-stress you. The aim is to relax you, uplift you and allow your body to ground itself. I will focus on the stuck areas within your body and direct healing towards you. Within a healing your aura and chakras are cleansed and aligned. Reiki Healing - I am part of Usui lineage and channel Universal energy in a Reiki Session. As cited in the details on the site all sessions are carried out either live zoom or distance healing. Prep notes, when necessary will be sent out prior to the live session. You can have a healing session at any time in the day. However it is recommended that you ensure that a booking is made when you will not need to do anything strenous for at least three - four hours. It is also recommended that clients do not drink alcohol before or after a session & are not taking recreational drugs. In general we advise that relaxation after a session is best and then sleep. NB: All Sessions are offered for relaxation and upliftment only - they do not in any way constitute medical treatment of any kind. Hem has been a Reiki Master for 22 years, her sessions are gentle and inclusive and are for you to have a space where you give your body the love and self care that is deserves.
