Healing relaxation sessions to help you unwind and de-stress you. The aim is to relax you, uplift you and allow your body to ground itself. I will focus on the stuck areas within your body and direct healing towards you. Within a healing your aura and chakras are cleansed and aligned. In this Angel Healing with crystal grid - your practitioner will send angel energy through your body, this work is done with the angels of healing. To align the energy transference crystals are used to refine the energy. You do not need to have the crystals - the energy will be transferred to you. Crystal Grid Healing with the angels can be very profound and really help to elevate you. There are many types of ways the crystals used can help you. Voice alchemy is used during a treatment and sometimes mantra. If you have something specific you want to work on do let us know on the booking form. As cited in the details on the site all sessions are carried out either live zoom or distance healing. Prep notes when necessary will be sent out prior to the live session. You can have a session at any time in the day. However it is recommended that you ensure that a booking is made when you will not need to do anything strenous for at least three - four hours. It is also recommended that clients do not drink alcohol before or after a session & are not taking recreational drugs. In general we advise that relaxation after a session is best and sleep. NB: All Sessions are offered for relaxation and upliftment only - they do not in any way constitute medical treatment of any kind.
